FAQ
Airport Transfers
Tito or a trusted colleague will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it. You'll receive driver details via WhatsApp before your flight lands.
No problem at all. Flights are tracked in real time at no extra cost, so your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically.

FAQ
Tours & Sightseeing
Both. Tito is your driver and tour guide — you can book a private transfer or driver service only, or have Tito accompany you as your guide during the experience, sharing local stories and practical tips. For in-depth Egyptology inside the ticketed sites, a separate licensed Egyptologist guide can also be arranged on request.
Yes. These are private tours, so the schedule is flexible — if you want to spend more time somewhere or skip a stop, just let Tito know.
Transportation and Tito's time are included in the quoted price; site entrance tickets are paid separately at each location.
Early morning (around sunrise) is best to avoid both the heat and the tour-bus crowds — Tito can arrange an early pickup for this.

Booking & Travel Tips
Yes — message Tito as early as possible. Changes and cancellations, including what happens to any deposit already paid, are subject to the terms communicated and agreed for your specific booking. See section 5 of our Terms & Conditions.
Tito speaks fluent English and Arabic, and has welcomed guests from the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and many other countries for more than 14 years.
Yes. Tito is an experienced driver and tour guide with 222 Google reviews and a 5.0/5 rating, many from solo female travellers who felt safe and well looked after throughout their trip.
Please mention this when booking and Tito will do his best to arrange a suitable child seat in advance — let him know your child's age.
All passengers travel in their seats and luggage goes in the vehicle's luggage area. Luggage capacity is a total per vehicle, not per passenger: a sedan's luggage area takes up to 2 large suitcases, a 7-seat MPV's up to 2 and a passenger van's up to 6. For bigger groups or extra luggage, Tito can arrange a larger vehicle or more than one vehicle — just mention your number of travellers and bags when booking.
Tipping is not required but always appreciated if you've enjoyed your trip — it's entirely at your discretion.
