When you submit a booking form or contact form, we may collect your full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, number of passengers, and any special requests or notes you provide. We do not collect payment card details through this website, as payments are made in cash directly to your driver.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, confirm and organise your taxi transfer or tour, and communicate with you before, during and after your trip. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. Communication via WhatsApp
Most communication takes place via WhatsApp. When you submit a booking or contact form, your browser may open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the details you entered. Sending that message is your choice, and any conversation that follows is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
This website uses your browser's local storage to remember your preferred language (English or Arabic) so you don't need to select it again on your next visit. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Your information is only shared with Tito or a trusted, vetted driver in order to fulfil your transfer or tour booking. We do not share your information with marketing companies or unrelated third parties.
